14 Karat and not 18 or 22 karat show that it was made for export or sale to a Western Market.
There is a Sweet Heart Shaped Clasping mechanism and an attached safety chain to insure that it never falls off the wrist.
There are some areas of hand engraving and wave patterns cut into the metal for detail.
This is a lovely wearable Bracelet cut from Fine Jadeite and is in nearly perfect condition,
This piece comes from a Local Michigan Estate in West Bloomfield and was recently purchased grouped in a Fine Asian Estate with some lovely Jewelry Pieces.
The Owner does not remember when she purchased it, or where. However, it bears the signs of being manufactured in Hong Kong about 1975.
It is Lovely and although a Commercially produced piece of Jewelry, it has and will appreciate in Value as Jadeite becomes rare.
