U.S.A. BUYERS: Layaway of 2 months available for items selling at $500.00 or more at the regular price. On items priced over $1,000.00 a longer Layaway can be arranged by writing first to discuss your needs. Outside U.S.A. write first to discuss if a Layaway is available. **Offers made and accepted on items are not eligible for Layaway and payment in full is expected. Also any "on sale" items are not eligible for a layaway at the sale price. Please write or call with any requests for different terms before you put in a Purchase Order. **Cancellation of Layaway: In the event a Buyer must cancel their Layaway, the monies paid are not refundable. However, a Credit for whatever amount paid into the Layaway will be issued and Buyer will have up to 1 year to use this Credit toward a different Purchase. Thank you!

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

We do packing with the utmost care for each item. If this is a doll with a bisque head, this will be packed with tissue inside the head, to protect the eyes during shipment. Some recycled packing materials are used, but do not touch the item itself. So far, no items have sustained damage even when shipping outside the USA. In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible to pay shipping and insurance charges.
