Here is a squash blossom necklace of sterling silver and teardrop shape coral. It is Navajo made and dates from the 1970's. There are twelve squashes each measuring 2" by 1" and the naja measures 2 ⅓" by 3". End to end the necklace is 27" long and weighs 255.9 grams. Notice on the reverse side you can see it is strung on double strands of silver beads for strength.
