This is an Hermes purse and it is a rare find as, according to my research, it was produced in the late 1980's and in a very limited production. To find it with its original box and ribbon makes it that much more rare and both will be included in the purchase. It is fashioned after a horse's feedbag. I love the shape and the look and very much doubt you will know anyone else who has the same purse or anything like it, for that matter. It was recently cleaned by Hermes in NYC. I would include the receipt but Hermes actually lost the bag for awhile so when we got it back they didn't charge us for the cleaning. The dust bag is new, provided by Hermes as a courtesy. That should make you very comfortable as to the authenticity of this piece. Hermes does not clean a product that Hermes has not fabricated

Length: diameter of this bag is 5 inches
Strap drop: 5 inches - strap buckles with a gold-tone buckle. This is a hand bag

HARDWARE: Gold Tone

CONDITION: Excellent. There are dirt smudges on the bottom of the bag photographed for you. Leather isn't dry or cracked. There is also some dirt on the leather strap from having rubbed against the buckle over the years. With the exception of the dirt smudges already mentioned, the purse is clean inside and out. Box is showing its age somewhat as is the ribbon. Please examine all photos and ask for more if you would like to see anything I have not covered or haven't covered to your liking.
