Authentic old Boston Bean Pot made by the Ransbottom Robinson Pottery Co. of Roseville, OH. It is in great condition with some minor wear around the opening where the lid sits. This would be commensurate with normal wear for such an old pierce of pottery. The age of this is probably around the 1930 -1940 range. It is unusual to find these with the lid which has one small chip on it.
There is a number 2 on the front which means it is a 2 qt. size. Measurements are: 6 1/2" tall, top rim is 5" across, opening is 3 1/2" and the base is 5 3/4" and weighs 3 lbs. 8 oz.
