"Sunday Toy" Early German Noah's Ark + Animals

An early Noah's Ark was also called "Sunday Toy" As years back the Sunday was so honored, no work - church and time with families and the children only played with a Bible versed toy - so therefore the Arks were played with on Sunday and for this reason - the honor and respect given the toy - is why many are found in wonderful condition with the animals! Time gone by - sadly

Great Offering! Early German Noah's Ark - marked Germany - and is pristine - No breaks, repairs, missing paint really just perfect! And 15 pair of fabulous animals - beautifully painted and very folky. This is a great ark with all animals and I am offering at almost half of what we paid way back when. Hard to show ark and all animals to fit in, so tried to get close ups of all animals and am willing to send more photos if you need. It is a great offering and a must in all collections. I will be listing another next month - much smaller. Animals all stand - no breaks or repairs, really a great offering I am happy to offer layaway on this - a deposit of 200 today and up to 60 days to pay off.
