Vintage Marbled Brown and Forest Green Bakelite Bangles - Set of 2
A nice set to start or add to your Bakelite bracelet collection. The square bracelet is marbled brown with a faux tortoise look and the forest green round flat bangle is a swirl of deep greens. They look fantastic together, with the opposite shapes and complementing colors.
The inner circumference of both bracelets is 7 3/4". This would be the measurement that would need to go around your hand to get the bracelets on...suitable for a small wrist, possibly medium. I would suggest using a tape measure and holding your hand together the way that you would when putting on a bangle, then measuring the widest area. Your wrist size should be around the 7" to 7 1/4" range (or less) but you need to be sure that your hand is small enough for the 7 3/4" opening. While a wrist size may be smaller, the hand size may not. Due to this variation, I completely understand if the bracelets are not a comfortable fit and you would like to do a return.
The diameter is 2 1/2" on both bracelets and the width is 3/8", again on both bracelets.
Simichrome polish tested.
Excellent condition (any lighter areas in the photos are reflections of light).
