Antique 10k Yellow and Rose Gold Oval Fiery Garnet Ring

This Victorian treasure designed with the garnet set in an east west style, makes this ring a perfect candidate for either your pinky or fourth finger. The size of this oval Garnet semi-precious stone is 9 by 7 which equates to approximately 2.10 carat total. This faceted garnet is placed in a bezel setting and is extremely secure.

The bezel setting is of a yellower shade of gold with the lower part of the setting below the bezel created in rose gold, giving this piece an added accent and interest. Both sides of this handmade setting is quite elaborate with very fine piercings and elaborate delicate design elements used.

Presently this ring measures a size 4, due in part to the open back construction it should fit a 4 ¼ possibly up to a size 4 ½. The shoulders are raised and the shank tapers gracefully. Total weight of this fine piece of jewelry is 2.60 grams. This ring isn’t marked for gold content, perhaps it was lost when this piece was sized.
