If you are a collector of enamel sterling perfume bottles please have a look at this beauty. There are three flowers showcased to the front of this wonderful perfume bottle. In the center is a rose created in pink and cranberry and to either side are blue forget-me-knots with soft yellow centers. Lovely trailing green foliage extend the beauty of these hand painting flowers. A very soft mint green guilloche creates the backdrop for this wonderful artistry.
Perfume flask measures 1 ¾ inches by 1 1/8 inches and has a ¼ inch thickness. Total weight of this piece is 18.98 grams. To the back, found on the neck is stamped into the metal reads ‘Sterling’. Just above this hallmark, slightly worn is an old English letter could be a ‘C’ or perhaps a ‘T’. To the right is a worn lion in profile.
The top of this bottle comfortably unscrews to find a perfectly functional dauber. Condition of the enamel front is flawless with slight wear found on the thin black line frame. For those perfume bottle connoisseurs and collectors please enjoy my photographs.
