Large Sterling Silver Sapphire Blue Crystal Figural Brooch

This lovely vintage sterling silver oval sapphire blue crystal brooch dates circa 1950’s and is in excellent condition. If you are looking for a large presentation, this figural brooch measures approximately 2 7/8 inches in length by 2 3/8 inches in width and has a total weight of 24.06 grams.

There are three beautifully matched cut crystal oval stones that measure ¾ inches by a ½ inch and are set in a larger style rectangular 4 prong setting. These stones are then set into an elaborate scalloped decorative bezel setting.

I mentioned figural in my title as this brooch depicts three floral blooms or buds tied together with a flowing wider style ribbon. To the back center is clearly written ‘Sterling’ and comes with a perfectly functional fine pin and rollover clasp.

Brooch is extremely well made and is in remarkable condition.
