It is set in an artful crafted 14k yellow gold ( hallmarked 585) mounting which is adorned with 12 round cut Diamonds which have a total weight of ca. 0.20 carats. The Cameo can either be worn as a pendant or a brooch. It is in perfect condition and dated at ca.1930.
