For your consideration is this vintage handmade 2-piece dress set. This dress was no doubt made by Dorothy herself, as she was an excellent seamstress. This pastel colored dress is comprised of a sheer fabric featuring a geometric pattern. The dress is fully lined, while the matching jacket is sheer. The sleeveless dress has a high collar, it can be worn up or down, which is accented with an attached tie. There are many options for how the tie can be worn. The craftsmanship of this dress is incredible and ease of wear has been taken into consideration. The zipper extends past the waist for ease of getting into and out of this lovely dress. The zipper is covered below the waist, there are small snaps to keep the sheer fabric closed over the zipper giving the illusion that it ends at the waist. The gently flowing skirt keeps it light and fun. The set includes a thin matching belt and there are sewn loops to keep the belt in place. The long-sleeve sheer jacket is made of the same fabric. This dress is approximately a current size 8, but we have included the measurements. The dress measures 43" collar to hem, 15" from shoulder to waist, 15" across the back shoulder to shoulder.
