A pair of gold patina iron bookends of sailing ships with wreaths and mariner profiles. They are deeply cast with much movement in the design. The gold patina is bright and shiny and gives a nice reflective surface for that dark bookshelf.

The only mark is the number "620" on the back of each bookend.

MEASUREMENTS 5” (12.7 cm) tall x 3 ½” (8.9 cm) wide x 2 1/8” (5.4 cm) deep. Weighs 3 lb 5.3 oz (1510 g)

CONDITION There are no dents, cracks, or breaks. There is slight wear to the gold patina on the bases. They are missing the felt on one of the bases. The other base has felt but it is worn.

A nice gold pair of heavy, old bookends that are both highly decorative and very useful.
