A thinly potted bowl with scalloped edge. The inside of the rim has very delicate red and gild floral sprays with a floral arrangement in the well. The outside has alternating floral panels with blue, red and white ground panels.

There are no cracks, or breaks. The bowl has a chip on the inside of the rim and fritting around the edge. There is wear to the enamels and gilding.
