Adirondack rustic twig side table or plant stand, painted red somewhere in it's past, with a cloth covered top. Came out of a circa 1890's Adirondack Park camp. It stands at 27" high and it's base takes up about 20" square, the top is 11.5". There are areas of paint loss and some loose paint. I can't tell what wood the twigs are but the top is a very old pine plank. There are several layers of cloth to the top. The bottom is a blue/red floral, then 3 layers of a flannel cushion before the last layer of faded upholstery fabric. There is one old nail stuck in the top off to one side! Truly vintage shabby chic with the 'chippy" red paint, and rustic all in one. Very solid "as is" condition and sits evenly on the floor-it does not wobble as some twig stands do. An antique piece but still functional and fun to use!
