These little primitive handmade wooden toys were lovingly put together at the turn of the century by some doting grandfather or father, perhaps as a Christmas toy. The larger, darker green pixie's body is made of 3/8" thick wood, while his articulated 1/4" thick arms and legs are attached with wire. The smaller, lighter green pixie is made entirely of 1/4" thick wood. They are in good, played with condition. The larger pixie has a surface crack across the right side of his face, and the smaller pixie has a piece nicked from inside his stocking cap. These expected flaws do not detract from their charm, and are a perfect size if you want to hang them from the Christmas tree! Thank you for visiting.
