This 3" high vintage half-doll with her porcelain legs peeking out from her ribbon trimmed slightly faded blue silk dress sits atop the original pin cushion trimmed in a lace and flower edged ivory net over the same blue silk as her dress. Her golden shoes are worn, and wearing a pink cloche, she sits demurely with folded arms. "Germany" is printed in black at the back of her waistline, which is a bit hard to see because of the folds of her dress. There remain two green glass headed pins (original to the pin cushion). The underside of the diamond shaped pin cushion (5" from point to point) is age spotted cardboard upon which is written in pencil, "Grace, from Mrs. Hagans". The silk is worn along the edge. The diminutive size is what charmed me when I bought her, and other than the two green glass pins, I don't think she was ever actually used as a sewing adjunct. Thank you for looking.
