A very presentable Evans cigarette case/lighter combination from the 1950's. Patent date "June 12, 1952" is apparent on the flint screw. The case is chrome plated with attractive intricate patterns of slashes and grids. On the face are two vertical black enamel stripes. The lighter appears never to have been lit. To open you push the two metal buttons on the side of the case. Stands 4" high.
A few minor tarnish marks are evident from handling but there are no dents. "Don't Mess With The Patina" is our motto. The lighter and the latch are perfectly operable. The face has been professionally engraved with the monogram "WHH", which just adds a more character to the piece. A great vintage piece for any collection. Please e-mail me with any questions.
