These are three German military prints.
One is of the Siege of Stassburg, one is the battle of St. Quentin, and one is the battle of Orleans. They are published in Frankfurt and the publishers name is in the pictures.
These are very elaborate and colorful images.
I am not sure if they are Chromolithographs or exactly what the process is.
They have a number in the corner which seems to be 255 on two of them and the other I cannot quite make out.
Each is framed in a slightly different frame, and has glass covering the picture.
I am not a military person so am not really sure of the significance of these battles.
Condition: Each has a faint fold down the centre. The battle of Orleans has a small tear under the image. There is minor age discoloration on the paper and a couple of small scratches on one of the frames.
Size: The Siege of Strassburg is 11 1/2 by 15 3/4. Sight size 13 by 9 1/2 inches. The battle of St. Quentin is 11 3/4 by 16 3/4. Sight size: 13 1/8 by 9 1/2 inches. The Battle of Orleans is 15 3/4 by 12 inches. Sight size 12 7/8 by 9 5/8 inches.
