This is a very sweet A.M. 560 character doll circa 1915.
I bought this doll about 20 years ago from the original estate and it has a really sweet presentation. Very well modelled head with painted on hair and the original mohair wig which gives it a lovely child like look.
The doll has intaglio blue eyes, painted eyebrows, a pug nose and a well painted open/closed mouth with two painted and molded upper teeth.
She has a small toddler body with slant jointed legs and arms jointed at the elbow.
Her clothes are antique and have been on her for a very long time.
I have not removed the shoes and socks as they fit well and may be damaged.
Toes appear solid and fine to the touch.
A particularly nice model of this doll.
Condition: No chips, cracks repairs or hairlines on the head.
One of the arms is faded and has some paint loss.
May have faint nose rub but very, very faint.
Size: 10 1/2 inches.
