This bold and modernist bypass ring is marked with a partial Los Ballesteros "B" stamp and with what I believe is an eagle mark near one of its ends, which means that it was made before 1980. It has a wrap-around, pre-Columbian style of design which also looks modern, and it's in very good condition, with a smooth finish and no damage or problems.
This striking ring measures 1 1/8 inches wide at its center, narrowing to 1/4 of an inch wide at the back. It is slightly adjustable to be larger or smaller, has a current ring size of 6, and weighs a little over 6 grams. This is a piece from one of the Taxco masters, and its unique style and design reflects the quality of Mexican silver jewelry during its heyday.
