This unusual, modernist-style cuff bracelet is marked Hecho En Mexico 925 Lico and with an eagle mark with a 1 at its center. Lico was the mark of a Taxco silversmith who started out working for William Spratling and then started his own workshop later, and I would guess that this cuff was made in the 1960's or 1970's. This striking bracelet has a unique raised design at its center, which has a subtle coloration, and it is in very good condition, with a smooth finish and no damage or problems.
This bracelet is 7/8 of an inch wide all the way around, and it has an inside measurement of 6 inches, not including a gap of 1 1/4 inches. It weighs a solid 47 grams, and because of its sturdy construction, it is not adjustable. This piece has a sleek, classic look, and it would be a very versatile and high-quality addition to your jewelry wardrobe.
