This striking cuff bracelet is marked DJN for Delvin J. Nelson, the Navajo silversmith who made it. It has hand-stamped decoration, and is inlaid with crushed turquoise and coral to make an abstract pattern. This piece is well-made, and is in very good vintage condition, with a smooth finish and no problems.
This bracelet is 3/4 of an inch wide all the way around, and it has an inside measurement of 5 1/2 inches, not including a gap of 1 3/8 inches, which makes it suitable for a small to medium wrist size. This cuff weighs a sturdy but comfortable 38 grams, and it is not really adjustable. If you like Native American silver jewelry that is well-designed, colorful, and yet subtle, this might make a great addition to your jewelry wardrobe.
