These classic cufflinks are marked E&M for Eiler and Marloe, a company that was in business in Denmark from 1927 until sometime in the 1960's. They are marked 830S, which means they are just a bit less pure than sterling, which is 835, and they are also marked with an item number 675. This pair is well-made and in very good condition, and I have not polished them to leave the patina intact.
These cufflinks are each 5/8 of an inch wide on the front sections, while the clasps are almost 1 inch long by 1/3 of an inch wide. Each one weighs 7 grams, and they display a design similar to what you might see on jewelry by another Dane, Georg Jensen. This quality pair would be treasured by a person who wants to wear something somewhat different and with a great design.
