This wonderful Egyptian Revival necklace (circa 1920's) features a plique vulture (symbolizing Nekhebet, an Egyptian goddess) holding on to two plique shen rings (representing infinity) with a carved cat's eye scarab body and a greenish black drop. The plique section measures 1 7/8ths inches by 2 inches. The necklace is marked 800 (silver) and the number 13 or 18. The necklace measures 16 inches. The chain section is enameled in white and lavender. There is light wear on a few of the plique edges that is only visible with a loupe. The enameled chain has light surface wear and slight enamel loss. Condition is very good.
