This fun vintage (1940s) sterling heart bracelet features a combination of regular and small heart charms. There are four enameled heart charms, two set with stones, one plain heart and four regular heart charms from the period (stars, "Home Sweet Home", wildflower, Forget-me-not, and "Your Heart for Keeps:) and a floral heart lock. All of the charms are marked sterling. The bracelet measures 7 inches and is marked sterling. The regular heart charms measure 11/16ths of an inch by 9/16ths of an inch and the smaller hearts measure 9/16ths of an inch by 7/16ths of an inch. Many of the backs of the heart charms have been nicely engraved with the following names: Elsie, Lilly, Lillian, Ida, Thelma, Marie, Hazel, Cookie, Claire, Ann, Estelle, and Toddy. Most of the charms are soldered on. Condition is very good with light surface wear. These are guaranteed to be original hearts of the period and are not reproductions.
