A Vintage Diamond Solitaire Gold Men's Ring of A Unique Design
Made in Moscow between 1908 and 1917
A finely modeled gold ring is decorated with openwork Art Nouveau floral designs. It is handcrafted in rose and green 14K gold.
The ring is centered with a sparkling old European cut diamond 6.9 - 7 x 3.95 mm (approximately 1.22 ct, color H, clarity I1) in a silver prong setting.
Floral motives were extensively used by Russian jewelers to decorate men's rings during the Art Nouveau era (late 19th - early 20th century).
Most ring designs were custom made and one of a kind.
Width - 8 mm (5/16 in.)
