A rectangular silver-topped 14K gold ring is centered with a bezel-set old European cut round brilliant diamond (approximately 0.40 ct),
framed by six rectangular diamonds and twelve square and rectangular synthetic rubies, all within a zig zag openwork frame with rose cut diamond borders.
All stones are set in silver.
