Green Velvet Feather Beret Style

For a sad looking hat on a shelf, this green velvet hat looks sweet as can be when worn. There are molded wrinkles in top that give it added detail. The velvet is gathered at the brim back where the netting begins. The netting could use some perking up with a quick steam I think, but otherwise its set to go. There are delightful sprays of dyed dark green feathers in the front that predominately bend toward the back.. There is a grossgrain ribbon around the inside of the brim and an elastic band that holds it in place. Inside diameter at brim measures 7.5 inches across.
