Antique Italian Pink Candy Cane Tie Pin

Great 1800s men's scarf pin with fuchsia pink and green candy cane strips. The Italian Murano glass on this pin looks to be set in gold, or rolled gold and the shank looks sterling, however, we have not tested it as it is so delightful on its own regardless of the metal used. Gentlemen wore stick pins as an accessory on their neck ties from the mid 1800's to the 1920's when the clip was introduced.
