Classic McClelland Barclay green emerald brooch necklace set
Barclay branched out to designing jewelry for the rich and famous for just a few short years before his death. This Art Deco design with raised channels of paved stones in Deco lines is one of his most recognized statement sets. Most are found with the larger topped stones in ruby red, and the green emerald are relatively scarce. The gold plate on this set is in very good condition, and no stones are missing. Brooch measures 2 inches across and the necklace is approximately 16 inches with the curved center piece. Circa late 1930s
