Chinese enamel cherry blossom bracelet 1930s sterling filigree. Each of the four links holds a tiered flower in mauve enamel with tiny navy blue enamel on the flower stigma, the knob at the top of the sterling pistils. Near each hinge are small flowers on top of the filigree. Intricate work in exceptional condition given its age, with minimal enamel loss. The bracelet is dark from the aged patina, and the enameling still has a nice shine.
Bracelet is an early Chinese export I have never come across before, not even in the Collectors Enamel Schiffer Book. Measures 6.75 inch, but the links are rounded to fit comfortably around the wrist and would no doubt be at least 7 inches if flat. Marked China.
