Fuchsia Czech Glass Seed Bead Flapper Necklace
Unique Art Deco glass necklace has 15 strands of seed beads that hang just like the folds in the dresses of that era. The longest strand hangs at 15 inches. The beads are a special technique called lined beads that start out clear and have a second color lining, in this case an unusual fuchsia that in the end give off a silvery appearance from the affect. The small clasp is marked Czechoslovakia and holds a facet translucent turquoise crystal.
We are offering this as a necklace that needs some attention. One of the back sides has a purple bead that hides the strings as they combine, and on the other end this bead is missing and the thread shows. This could be addressed in several ways depending on your imagination, however, we feel just a simple wrap on bend finding to cover it would do just fine.
