A wimple drapes gracefully from the crown, and her chin-length black hair peaks from beneath. She wears a necklace articulated with enamel dots and a central clear rhinestone. Her cream-colored high collar (which shows pale blue in the photos, but is not) is adorned with a olivine-colored rhinestone at the "V". The robe features a scalloped edge accented with enamel red on one side and black on the other. Pave 'with green, amethyst, and blue rhinestones. A larger genuine bullet size cabochon in a saw-toothed bezel setting anchors the base.
Marks: Pin carries two round cartouches with one reading "Sterling" and the other "Pat." Pend.". A very faint signature seems to be on one of the cartouches but this is not illegible.

weight 13 .8 grams.
The back contain two loops toward the base which indicates that these may have been chatelaine pins with two chains connecting. Can be worn as a pendant slide.
Condition: vintage condition with lots wear to the enamel , some hairlines (as seen in the photos) and some smoothing of the rhinestones, which is to be expected from well-loved, 70-year-old pieces. The pin on the back of the Queen is a tad crooked. All hinges and safeties work well.
