This is a large Muffineer or Sugar Caster by Watson that was in Business from 1900 to 1929 in New York. The muffineer design is elegant with the finial being a flower bud design. There is a monogram of A H which look like a beautiful scroll. Beginning about 1900, Watson produced a line of sterling hollow-ware for Wilcox & Wagoner of New York using the "sword and laurel wreath" mark. Wilcox & Wagoner closed down c.1905 and Watson continued producing with this mark until 1929. On the bottom is the Watson wreath mark Sterling and #7023. The Muffineer is in very good condition with following measurements: 7 ½” High 3 ½” Diameter 136.361 Grams
