This is a gorgeous cobalt blue crystal glass Bohemian cup and saucer. It is heavily decorated in gold and adorned by high relief glass flowers all over. This is a beautiful piece of Czech art glass in reasonable condition considering the age of it. There is wearing of the gold in three spots where the foot of the cup rests on the saucer, but otherwise there are no chips, cracks or excessive wear anywhere else.
The last photograph I am showing is the back of the saucer using a black light. The piece is not signed but on the bottom of the cup you can barely see the finely finished pontil mark (there is clear glass covering the gold). The exquisite quality of the workmanship speaks for itself. The cup stands 3 ¼" tall and is a little shy of 3" in width across the top. The width of the saucer is 5".
