This very simple looking sauce ladle was made by William Rogers (1803 – 1973) around 1833. He was a master American silversmith and considered a pioneer in the silver plate industry. This particular mark was used between 1825 and 1841. They length of the spoon is approximately 8 ¼ inches and the bowl stands approximately 3 inches high.
