This teaspoon was made by International Silver Co. around the 1890's. The tip of the handle has a face, and it appears to have hair going down the sides of the handle. The pattern "Cleone" was made in 1900 and is a very sought after pattern. There is an "E" engraved on the front handle. The back is marked with International Silver Co's mark and then "Sterling". The length of the spoon is 5 ¾"; the width is 1 ¼".
This would make a nice addition to any spoon collection!
