I am pleased to present an unusual and rare Dominick and Haff sterling silver pitcher. This very fine pitcher dates from the late 19th century. Dominick and Haff was an old New York firm dating from the 1860s. They were known for their very high quality and workmanship, as you can easily see looking at this piece. Reed and Barton acquired the company in 1928.
This pitcher stands 10 ½ inches tall with a width of approximately 4 ½ inches. It's weight is 2 ½ pounds which is approximately 36 troy ounces. It holds 4 ¼ pints.
