A beautiful and rare parure consisting of a necklace, a bracelet and a pair of earrings. This set was designed by German maker Esher Randel in the period between 1930 and 1940. Randel worked in Germany creating jewellery master pieces, pre-WW11 German Deco Style. It's rare to find jewelry made by Randel. His designs reflect the Art Deco period and he used the highest quality mother of pearl and rhinestone. Very rare to find his designs today. Signature mark shows a half circle with "ESHA" inside, name "RANDEL" in caps.
The Art Deco look is so appealing and this set is glamorous! All the pieces are a gold tone metal with clear rhinestones set in channels and in between bars of luminescent mother of pearl.
Necklace: The center section is 5.75" x 1/2" wide. With the chevron rope chain, it ranges from 15 1/2" to 18 1/4" when extended.
Bracelet: It is 7" round by 1/2" wide and has a safety clasp.
Earrings: Clip-on style. They are meant to be worn and hang from the earlobe in a diamond shape (rather than square) as seen in my photos. They are 7/16" x 1/2".
No stones are missing.
