Up for sale is this Nice Northern Pacific Slaymaker Cast-down Lock with Key in excellent condition. This lock measures 3 7/8 inches long with N.P.R. in the cast-down panel and hallmarked on the shackle with "Slaymaker Lancaster, PA". This heavy lock comes with the matching Slaymaker Key marked NPRR in serif letters on the front and the Slaymaker hallmark and "S" on the reverse. The keyhole cover has good spring tension. Truly, a nice antique heavy lock and key for any Northern Pacific or railroadiana collection. The description and pictures accurately describe this lock and key set.
