Up for sale is this Nice Antique, 1800's Wooden Thermometer Churn in excellent vintage original condition. This churn measures 14 inches long, 10 inches wide and 13 inches high. It comes with a wooden lid, dasher and crank handle all in workable condition. The cream would be churned until it reached a certain temperature indicating butter made. The churn has a metal bottom, thermometer and drain hole on the opposite end from crank. Literature is included in the two of the pictures detailing the history of this unique churn.
