This is an antique blue and white french Pate sur Pate plaque. It is signed on the front with CT Limoges, and stamped on the back: C Tharaud Limoges France. It comes with the antique holder. It measures 7" wide by 10 5/8" tall.
Camille Tharaud started his porcelain works in 1920, on the old Tharaud porcelain works in France. The beautiful and desirable items he made are still desirable today.
