This is a wonderful Navajo sterling and spider web turquoise bracelet. It is beautifully executed by the Navajo silversmith, J. Cadman. The sterling part has a smooth center surrounded by a serrated border. The center sterling surrounds a large spider web turquoise stone. The stone measures 1/2" wide and 5/8" long. The dark brown matrix with bright turquoise color is striking. The stone resembles other spider web stones from the Number Eight Mine in Nevada. This mine is considered depleted. The bracelet itself measures 3-7/16" at its widest point. It weighs approximately 24.5 grams and has never been worn.
J. Cadman is one of three well known Navajo silversmiths named Cadman.
