This dainty creamer and sugar bowl set is white with pink flowers and gold trim. The sugar bowl is 2" high, 3" across the open top, and has flowers on the inside. The creamer is 2 3/4" high, 3 3/4" across the spout and handle, has a very tiny chip on the spout (hard to see) and a small spot of gold paint missing on the bottom rim. These are by the highly respected Aynsley china company which was founded in 1775 (noted on their logo) by John Aynsley in Lane End, England, Staffordshire. In 1861 his grandson John Aynsley built the historic Portland Works in Longton, Staffordshire; the company was taken over by Waterford Glass in 1970, than acquired by Belleek in Ireland in 1997. In the last 200+ years, this company has grown into a well-respected china company that was commissioned by Royalty and exports to over 70 countries. Here is your opportunity to enjoy the best in bone china when you relax with a cup of tea or coffee. I have a few other Aynsley items listed here and will combine orders for discount and shipping savings.
