This Harrison Fisher (1877-1934) print from 1909 shows a fresh-faced young American woman, an illustration of the women that resulted in Fisher becoming such a famous illustrator in his time. His "Fisher Girl" was as famous as the Gibson Girl, and Cosmo in the 1920's called Fisher "The World's Greatest Artist." Fisher worked for the Hearst organization on the SF Chronicle, and did covers for Cosmopolitan and Saturday Evening Post. This framed print is 13" x 15", in a slim metal frame that has some wear; there is a wire on the back for hanging. This is a perfect companion print to another Fisher print I have listed here that has a woman with a cat. I will combine orders for discount and shipping savings.
