This cast iron specialty pan is for making Danish ebelskivers, a type of danish cake/pancake. This could be used for poached eggs or muffins, or hung on a wall for decoration. The pan is 13" from end of handle across the pan; the round area of the pan is 7 1/2" across, with holes for 7 ebelskivers. I have not tried to clean the pan.
