These examples of MacBeth-Evans Monax opalescent white milk glass are from the 1930's. This pattern is the American Sweetheart. The creamer is 3 1/2" high, 4" across the spout and handle and 2 1/4" across the round base. The unlidded sugar bowl is 3 1/4" high, 4 3/4" across the bowl and two handles and 2 1/4" across the round base. The pale blue that show in spots is the trademark for this type of glass.
