This is a very lovely and most unusual gold filled cloak or cape fastener. It is from the Victorian era -late 1800's to early 1900s. The brooch is hollow with a detailed ornate design and is accented with black enamel, it has an early T-Bar hinge and C-clasp. The stick pin has a fancy engraved ball and both stick pin and brooch are attached by a chain.
All in very fine condition with minor wear- no dents, dings or repairs. it is not marked but has been tested to be 10K gold filled.
The overall length including the chain is 13 1/2", the brooch measures 2 1/4" x 3/4'' and the ball with pin measures 3" in length.
