Made by F & F Felger who was a prestigious American jeweler who designed and manufactured jewelry for jewelry stores such as Tiffany & Co. and Cartier from the 1920s - 1950s. A stunning pair of gold and pearl screw back earrings which feature a gold starburst which drops and dangles freely from a gold bead and is centered with a white South Sea pearl.
The cultured sea pearls are exceptional, creamy white in color with a silver overtone, uniform in size and with no flaws. These beautiful earrings are In very fine condition and are a great offering from a noted jeweler. Circa 1940s- 1950s.
Marked 14 KT on the screw backs and on the back of the starburst and hallmarked FFF for F & F Felger. The earrings measure 1 inch high and 5/8 inch wide and the pearls measures 9 mm. Weight: 6.6 grams.
